The Midwest Marble & Granite Annual Remnants Sale
Looking for a smaller piece of granite countertop for a smaller project?
At Midwest Marble & Granite, we fabricate hundreds of square feet of countertops every year, and a lot of this stone is not used on each job. These are called remnants.
What are natural stone remnants?
Remnants come from the same selection of uncut slabs we use for large countertops or fireplace surrounds, just a smaller size. We are then left with remnants that can still be used for smaller projects. Since we are trying to get rid of these remnants, we have decided to offer them to our loyal customers at a fraction of their normal price! Remnants are also a great way to save some money and can add a touch of class to any room.
Where can I install natural stone remnants in my home?
These pieces of natural stone come in a wide variety of sizes, shapes, and colors and are perfect for small renovation projects such as:
- Vanity tops
- Wet bars and mini bars
- Fireplace surrounds
- Kitchen islands
- Table tops
- Shampoo shelves
- Coffee tables
- Baseboard and trim
Can I use a remnant for a bigger project, such as a kitchen?
On occasion, remnants can be large enough for a small kitchen, however usually this is not the case. Another option is to install more than one remnant, but due to the natural variations in stone, it can sometimes be difficult to match.
If you have any questions about the size of your project and whether using remnants for the project would be feasible, do not hesitate to contact us! Our sales staff are experts at helping you find the right fit for your project while helping you to cut costs!
Stop by our showroom located at 1819 E Spruce St Olathe, KS 66062 and someone will be happy to show you our selections of remnants on sale.
